Refund Policy:

Merchandise can be returned for all full refund if merchandise is returned unused and with it’s original packaging within 7 days of purchase.

Reservation and Cancellation Policy:

It is the responsibility of each rental customer to be on time for their reservation. To keep us on schedule for the next guest, reservation start times begin at the time reserved without a grace period. The renter/customer understands that the rental boat(s) must be returned at the designated time and that there is no refund for unused time. Boats returned after the designated time are subject to charges equal to double the hourly rate. I, the cardholder, understand that a 48 hour advance cancellation is required for a full refund .A processing fee of $25.00 will be charged if cancellation is not received a full 48 hours prior to reservation date. Cancellations may be made online up to 5 days prior to the reservation date. Cancellations less than 5 days before the reservation date must be made by phone. A No-show reservation will be charged for the full price of the reservation.
